Welcome to Veno, a digital platform for personal websites, CVs, and portfolios operated by Torch Future ("we," "our," or "us"), and managed by Lingxi Li. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Veno, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, including any changes or revisions to either, which Veno, at its discretion, may make in the future. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Veno provides a platform for users to create and manage digital CVs/portfolios and personal websites. The platform allows for customization and hosting of personal and professional content to showcase skills, work, and achievements.

3. Account Registration and Use

You must register for an account to access certain features of Veno.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, complete, and current.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Veno is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit, post, display, or otherwise make available on the platform.
By posting content to Veno, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display such content on and through the service and to promote the service.
You agree not to post content that violates the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Using Veno, you agree not to:

Host, post, or distribute any illegal content, including content that is against the law in your residing country.
Convey or promote illegal activities, hate speech, terrorism, or harassment.
Spread copyrighted content without the express permission of the copyright owner.
Host or distribute pornography.
Conduct or promote any illegal actions.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in and to the Service and its features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are and will remain the exclusive property of Veno and its licensors.
The content on Veno sites is owned and overseen by each site owner. Veno does not possess ownership of the content; however, it retains access to the content while user is utilizing the Veno platform.

7. Termination

Veno may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Veno is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or timeliness of the Veno platform. You agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk and that Veno is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Torch Future operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Veno.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
